Return to Launcher:
Will allow users to be able to close the game they are playing and load a new one without having to restart ScummVM.
Global Main Menu:
Dialog accessible through a common hotkey.
Buttons for "About", "Options", "Return to Launcher", "Quit", and "Resume".
Savestate Mgmt:
All engines to list savestates and load from them.
A Savestate GUI dialog in the launcher will list the savestates and allow the user to delete them or load them.
